This could be taken as being a literal thing in many ways - at this point we were cruising at 42,000 feet, at around 72°N, and I'd just spent the best month of my life with Mandy. The thing that amazed me about being that far up is, there's actually more to see than there is in Northern Canada (Northwestern Territories, etc) and a lot more incredible landscape. It was impressive to see, especially being my third time in a plane ever...
